As a member of Project Management team you will be handling with very interesting projects on different level of complexity for the biggest end customers, huge corporate clients based around the world.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional end-to-end process for customers whilst adhering to Prince2 methodology and ITIL Framework

  • Manage and take ownership of customer projects throughout the full project life-cycle from pre-sales initiation through to project closure

  • Be fully responsible for complex coordinating of the whole project, i.e. order processing to build a data network for customers

  • Coordination of local and virtual teams worldwide

  • Communicate in a professional manner with the client

  • Provide regular updates to both client and customer alike

  • Order processing, data monitoring, tracking using various system tools

Key Requirements and Competencies:

  • Min. 3 years of experience in Project Management in Telco/IT environment is must, BPO environment is welcome

Network Specialist for Verizon

We are looking for a reliable, independent network engineer who is willing to learn and grow professionally to become part of the Global Engineering Solutions (GES) team.

GES engineers are responsible for LAN/WAN implementation on Cisco/Juniper routers, change & problem management and other network engineering tasks. The technical scope covers IP technologies and protocols, IP services (DNS, DHCP), telephony, Wi-Fi and more.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implementation of customer’s networking requirements (change management)

  • Preparing work instructions for complex networking configuration

  • Implementation and maintenance of customer network (WAN, LAN, WLAN, IPT, Data centres, etc.)

  • Testing and troubleshooting on activation calls with the customer

  • Preparing, creating, updating and organizing customer’s network documentation

  • Co-operation with both technical and non-technical teams

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Technical knowledge on CCNA level required (industrial certification is NOT required)

  • Knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) on Cisco devices

  • Knowledge of switching technologies (STP, VTP, DTP) on Cisco devices

  • One year of relevant experience in networking

  • Advanced English (both written and spoken)

  • Flexibility, independence, reliability

  • Problem solving skills, can-do attitude

  • Advantage is knowledge of VPN technologies (IPsec, SSL VPN), Cisco WAAS, Juniper and Wireless technologies, ITIL methodology, experience with MS Visio (networking diagrams) and willingness to work at irregular hours if required
